What does my warranty cover – and how long is it valid?
The warranty is valid for 2 years from receipt of the goods and covers material and manufacturing defects – for example, defective zippers, faulty seams, or damaged components not caused by normal use.
Depending on the case, we will repair the item free of charge, replace it (if the same item is still available), or issue a credit note.
Damage caused by the following is not covered:
- normal wear and tear
- improper handling
- accidents or washing errors
- burn marks, tears, holes, or chemical exposure
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Does the warranty also cover normal wear and tear or signs of use?
No, normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. No matter how well you care for your product, natural signs of use will appear over time, such as:
- worn zippers
- worn fabrics or faded colors
- reduced waterproofness in jackets, e.g., due to washed-out impregnation or damaged seam seals (tapes)
If you are unsure, please contact our customer service – we will review the case.
How do I know if my item is covered by warranty?
If you are unsure whether a defect is covered by our warranty, please feel free to contact our customer service via our returns portal or by email.
Send us a brief description with a photo – along with your order number or proof of purchase. We will quickly review your case and let you know how we can help you.
What if my product is already defective upon delivery?
This should of course not happen – a defective item does not meet our quality standards.
If you have received a defective item, you can easily report it via our returns portal. Select the appropriate option ("Defective"), briefly describe the problem, and upload a photo. In this case, your return is, of course, free of charge.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and automatically refund the amount to your original payment method – usually within 5 business days.
For questions or urgent matters, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
How do I report a defect – and what is your warranty claim process?
Simply register via our returns portal:
- Go to the Returns section in our webshop.
- Enter your email address and order number into our returns portal to find your order.
- Select the affected item and mark it as "Defective".
- Briefly describe the problem and upload a photo.
- You will receive a return confirmation by email with your return label and the next steps.
- Send the package back to us with the return label.
We will review your case and get back to you with the next steps. If it is a warranty claim, we will of course cover the return costs and arrange for repair, replacement, or a credit note – simply and fairly.
